CONGRATULATIONS TO 2019’S PUBLISHED AUTHORS !

Mubarik to the Published Authors of 2019 in the Canada-wide Polar Expressions Creative Writing Contest.  The following students had their stories selected to be published in the 2018-2019 Polar Expressions Collection: Muskan,  Mariam F., Mariam C. , Amira, Ayesha, Bilal, Ishaq, Sulaiman, and Zaayan.  Zaayan  and Ishaq also had their poems selected to be published in the 2019 Poetry Collection.

May Allah ta’ala continue to bless them and may they continue to be successful in their writing and studies.

Hallowe’en is not an Islamic activity.  It is based on pagan beliefs.  Muslims must not observe this activity or be involved in any activity associated with it.

Why turn off your lights and retreat to the family room?  Avoid the Hallowe’en rush.  Meet other Muslims and have the family enjoy a Halal activity.

Rizwan, a graduate of Al-Iman School, and a York University Graduate in the Honours Professional Writing program has just completed editing Sheikh Sulaiman Moola’s book, The Sun That Never Set,   and edited Sheikh Omar Subedar’s Book, Plan Your Day the Prophet’s Way.  These books are available from Mathabah Press.

    Really appreciate the school. It is very nice,clean and teachers are very kind. They teach Quran, Islamic studies and normal studies done in public schools.
